We offer Mobile Notary Services to meet your needs at the location and time that’s most convenient for you. Whether you’re at home, at the office, or anywhere else in need of a notary, our mobile service allows you to complete your notarization without the hassle of travel or scheduling conflicts. 

How It Works:

    Simply book your Mobile Notary appointment online or by contacting us directly. Choose the time and location that works best for you, and we’ll confirm your booking.
     
  2. We Come to You
    Our notary will travel to your specified location, whether it's your home, office, hospital, or any other place where you need notarization services.
     
  3. Document Review and Notarization
    Once we arrive, we’ll review your documents, verify your identity, and proceed with the notarization. Our goal is to make this process as quick, efficient, and seamless as possible.
     
  4. Document Completion

Q: What is a Mobile Notary?

 A: A Mobile Notary is a notary public who travels to a location of your choosing to notarize documents. This service allows you to complete your notarization without having to visit a notary’s office.


Q: What documents can be notarized via Mobile Notary?

 A: We can notarize a wide range of documents, including but not limited to: Real estate documents (e.g., deeds, mortgages, closing documents);  Powers of Attorney; Affidavits; Loan documents; Legal contracts and agreements; and more!
 

Q: Where can a Mobile Notary meet me?

 A: We offer mobile notary services anywhere that is convenient for you. This includes, but is not limited to, your home, office, hospital, or public places like coffee shops and libraries.


Q: Is there a travel fee for Mobile Notary services?

 A:  Yes, a travel fee may apply based on your location, the time of day, and the urgency of the request. Local appointments typically start at $35, with rates increasing for longer distances or after-hours service. Q: How do I pay for Mobile Notary services?

 A: We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, and even cash. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the remainder of the payment due before or at the time of notarization. 


Q: How far in advance should I schedule a Mobile Notary?

 A: We recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance, but we offer same-day services depending on availability. For urgent matters, feel free to contact us by phone at 631-983-0835 or by email at admin@legallinknotary.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.


Q: Are Mobile Notary services available on weekends and evenings?

 A: Yes, our Mobile Notary services are available 7 days a week, including evenings, to accommodate your schedule — after-hours pricing may apply.

 A: Yes, just like any other notarization service, you will need to provide valid, government-issued identification to verify your identity.


Q: What happens if I need to cancel my Mobile Notary appointment?

A: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees.

Remote Online Notarization

We offers a convenient Remote Online Notarization (RON) service, enabling you to notarize documents from the comfort of your home, office, or any location. Using secure, state-approved video platforms, we ensure your documents are notarized in compliance with New York State law — all done entirely online.
